Testimonials & Reviews of The White Womb Photographic Studio
"Working at The White Womb Photo Studio was an amazing experience. The space was large, clean, attractive, and well-equipped. For someone travelling from out of the country, it was remarkably easy to find for the first time. The makeup area was spacious enough that several models could get ready with hair, makeup and wardrobe at the same time without stepping on each other's toes. The abundance of different choices in background colors, lighting equipment and accessories left me with strikingly diverse images. Management was friendly, helpful and professional. I've worked in a lot of different photography studios over the years, and this was by far one of the most impressive spaces I've ever had the pleasure to work in. I felt like I was right in my own studio; that's how comfortable and natural working at White Womb was." Nadya Lev
"Quality affordable studio space in London is a rare commodity... thankfully for an itinerant photographer such as myself there is the White Womb. The studio is a good sized open plan space and very light and airy, suitable for both natural light and flash, making the space uniquely versatile... I found it very easy to produce exceptional results in a very short time, something not easily done in unfamiliar studio space... Booking couldn't have been simpler... But for me the thing that stands out the most is the sheer convenience... situated smack bang in the centre of London's creative heartland... The White Womb is without doubt set to become a regular working space for me" Matt Miller"Had to find London photographic studio at very short notice. "The White Womb" studio was accommodating for both photographer and model, offered parking and assistance in setting for shoot. Would definitely recommend and it is a studio I shall be using more often. Anyone who misses the Beehive will now have a suitable alternative" Michael Young
"Every few months, mademoiselles.org arranges a 'meet up' photo shoot. In order to do this, we must first find a good location that will provide a pleasant working atmosphere - and enough space to accomodate a group of models. As far as I am concerned, the White Womb photographic studio did much more than simply provide a high quality working atmosphere and ample space for everyone to move and go about what needed to be done. They provided equipment (which meant our car-boots weren't packed with lights and other necassary electrics), a kitchen (filled with props and LOTS of coffee), space for models to change, space for our makeup artist to perform her magic, a cute bathroom, a beautiful little lounging area - and as if we couldn't both have the cake and eat it; the staff were absolutely lovely - and didn't intrude at all. Each of these aspects were extremely important to me especially, because it was my job to make everyone happy - as well as ensuring that everyone was where they were supposed to be, doing what they were supposed to be doing. The studio not only made my job so much easier; it really helped us to create some really beautiful art." Karina of mademoiselles.org
